These SMS Terms & Conditions (“SMS Terms”) govern text messages sent by or on behalf of Growthdavo (“Growthdavo,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By providing your mobile telephone number and opting in to receive text messages from Growthdavo, you agree to these SMS Terms, our Terms & Conditions, and our Privacy Policy.

Consent to receive marketing text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.

1. Growthdavo SMS Program

Growthdavo may offer text messaging programs for customers, prospective customers, and others who have given appropriate consent. Depending on how you interact with us and the consent you provide, messages may include:

Responses to inquiries
Appointment confirmations, reminders, and scheduling messages
Customer service messages and requested information
Follow-up communications
Product or service information and educational content
Marketing messages and promotional offers

The messages you receive depend on the form, program, or service through which you opted in.

2. Consent to Receive Text Messages

By providing your mobile telephone number and affirmatively opting in, you authorize Growthdavo to send text messages to that number. Where disclosed at the time of consent, messages may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system or other automated technology.

Your consent applies only to the types of communications described when you opt in and as otherwise permitted by law. You may withdraw consent at any time as described below.

3. Message Frequency

Message frequency varies depending on your interactions with Growthdavo, services you request, appointments you schedule, communications you start, and the program you join. We do not guarantee a specific number of messages.

4. Message and Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply. Your wireless carrier may charge you for sending or receiving text messages under your plan. Growthdavo is not responsible for carrier charges. Contact your carrier with questions about your plan.

5. How to Opt Out

Reply STOP at any time to unsubscribe. You may receive one final message confirming your opt-out. After that, we will stop sending messages covered by your request, except as permitted or required by law.

If you take part in more than one Growthdavo messaging program, you may need to opt out of each separately. You can also contact us directly for help with an opt-out.

7. Mobile Information and Privacy

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes.

We may share information with service providers that help us run our messaging program and other necessary business functions, subject to appropriate restrictions and applicable law. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent information will not be shared with third parties for their own marketing or promotional purposes.

8. Eligibility

By opting in, you confirm that:

You are authorized to use the mobile number provided and to consent to messages at that number
You meet any applicable age requirements
The information you provide is accurate

If your number changes or you are no longer its subscriber or regular user, please opt out or tell us.

9. Carriers and Delivery

Text messaging depends on wireless carriers, networks, devices, and third-party messaging providers. We cannot guarantee that every message will be delivered, or delivered immediately. Delivery can be affected by carrier availability, network conditions, device compatibility, service interruptions, incorrect numbers, filtering, carrier restrictions, and technical failures. Growthdavo is not responsible for delayed, undelivered, or misdirected messages caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control.

10. Automated Messaging

We may use automated technology to send certain text messages where permitted and where appropriate consent has been obtained, such as lead follow-up, appointment confirmations and reminders, requested information, customer communications, and marketing messages. Automation does not change your right to opt out. Reply STOP to unsubscribe.

11. Marketing Messages

If you specifically consent to marketing text messages, we may send messages about Growthdavo products and services, promotions, offers, educational resources, marketing strategies, business growth information, events, and other Growthdavo opportunities.

Consent to receive marketing messages is not a condition of purchase. You may withdraw marketing consent at any time by replying STOP.

12. Transactional and Service Messages

We may also send messages tied to services or interactions you request, such as appointment confirmations and reminders, answers to your questions, customer support, account-related messages, and service information. The legal basis and consent requirements for these messages may differ from promotional marketing messages, depending on the message and applicable law.

13. Your Responsibilities

You agree not to use Growthdavo’s messaging program for unlawful purposes, harassment, fraud, abuse, sending malicious content, interfering with our systems, or impersonating another person. We may restrict access to messaging programs where reasonably necessary to protect Growthdavo, our customers, our systems, or others.

14. Changes to the SMS Program

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue all or part of a messaging program at any time, subject to applicable law. We may also change messaging providers, short codes, long codes, toll-free numbers, technology providers, and program features.

If we change the number used for a program, opt-out requests sent to an old number may not reach us. Please use the number for the current program, or contact us directly.

15. Changes to These SMS Terms

We may update these SMS Terms to reflect changes in our programs, technology, business practices, legal requirements, or carrier requirements. We will revise the Last Updated date above when we do, and provide additional notice or request consent where the law requires it.

16. Relationship to Other Growthdavo Terms

These SMS Terms apply to Growthdavo text messaging programs. Use of our website is also governed by our Terms & Conditions (link to /terms), and your personal information is handled under our Privacy Policy (link to /privacy). If a specific program has additional terms, those also apply to that program.

17. Disclaimer

Growthdavo does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of its messaging services. Wireless networks, telecommunications providers, messaging providers, and internet services are outside our direct control. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Growthdavo is not responsible for delays, failures, or errors caused by third-party networks, carriers, devices, or messaging providers.
